Physiotherapy

When someone is injured, ill, or disabled, physiotherapy can help restore movement and function. Physiotherapists treat conditions such as back pain, strokes , general body weaknesses, arthritis, congestive chests and sports injuries.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy (OT) is an allied health profession that involves the therapeutic use of ordinary activities, or occupations, to cure physical, mental, developmental, and emotional disorders that interfere with a patient’s ability to do daily duties.

Speech Therapy

Speech therapy provides services to enable a person communicate, talk and articulate of words. Conditions include: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Down syndrome, ADhD & Parkinsonism.

Orthopedic Technician Services

We fabricate assistive devices for persons with physical impairments.

Types of assistive devices:

Mental Health Training

Mental Health Training helps in the treatment of the mind in relation to behaviours portrayed. Conditions include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Schizophrenia and Bipolar.

The Six Domains of Mental Wellness include:

Wheel Chair Service Training

This resource provides patient training/education regarding the basics of wheelchair management. Includes locking and unlocking brakes, efficient propulsion techniques with hands and/or feet, postural exercises, and self repositioning techniques.

Ergonomic Training

Ergonomics training aims to provide greater practical guidance for all the relevant personnel to ensure safer jobs with reduction in injuries including workers, supervisors, engineers, managers, administrators, helpers etc.

Applied Behavior Analysis

We focus on training the rehab faculty to be behavioural analysts to support people with conditions related to the brain development. Conditions include Autism spectrum Disorder(ASD),

Braille Training

Our Braille training program is designed to empower individuals with visual impairments by providing them with the skills needed to read and write using Braille.

Kenya Sign Language

Our Kenya Sign Language (KSL) training program is dedicated to promoting communication and inclusion for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and dumb or hard of talking.

Nutritional Services

Nutrition services provide patients with education and counseling on their diet. Commonly seen conditions by a nutritionist: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Diabetes, Attention Deficit and Hyperactive disorder, Obesity, Cardiovascular diseases.
